Linda P. Ratag, Mieke N. Sendow, and James E. Lalira study hospitality among 48 GMIM leaders in North Sulawesi. Q sorting and follow-up interviews identify three perspectives: inclusive welcome, cautious boundary keeping, and discipleship-oriented transformation. These perspectives assign different priorities to openness, protection, formation, and institutional change. The findings offer a context-specific basis for leadership education and reflection on how congregations welcome migrants, religious others, and socially marginalised people.
